Shipping policy

It may take up to 14 business days (21 days for preorders) depending on the item, for your order to be made & shipped by our team. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email notification regarding your shipping and tracking information.  We ship orders via UPS, and USPS.  

Please note that any orders placed after 12:00 pm on Friday will process on the following Monday.

Please note; if you are returning an item for whatever reason you are accepting full responsibility if the item gets lost in transit. This is the responsibility of the service you used to ship the item & we have no obligated to replace the item.
